Forever 21 Blouse

Ever since I wrote this post last month I've been thinking a lot about transitioning my current wardrobe from winter to spring. Other than heavy sweaters I never buy any clothes that can't be worn in at least two seasons. Some of the most versatile pieces of clothing I own are blouses. Blouses can be dressed up or down and worn year around.
I hope one day I'll be able to afford one of these Equipment blouses, but for now Forever 21 has a variety of blouses for great prices. Other than the blouse pictures above I also love this blouse and this blouse.
During the winter I love layering blazers over blouses and throwing on an easy pair of ankle boots  or riding boots for school. When the weather warms up I always pair blouses with white jeans, sandals, and bright accessories.

  1. here in the east coast, still no way to get away with blouses alone. but i do agree that you can always dress them up or down depending on the occasion or the weather! i also think the same thing with skirt and dresses. you can always throw some tights underneath to keep ur legs warm!

    love the post!

  2. I am a blouse girl, and this post is after my own cup of tea. Spring is almost here :=) I can feel it. Great post.

  3. Great idea for a post. I love those sandals. I am deathly afraid of white jeans however. I feel if I wore them I would just be asking the universe for trouble (ie spills, stains and that of the like).

  4. I really agree about blouses. I wear mine all the time from winter to summer. They can look great with a pair of leather shorts in the summer, then you can layer them under cardigans and coats during the winter. I have so many but always want more!!
